Eric Holman - Fredericton REALTOR

During the summer of 2010 I was asked by Fredericton Real Estate agent Eric Holman about the possibility of building a new website to meet his growing technological needs as a REALTOR. We connected originally using social media, via Twitter and Facebook mainly. After a few meetings we hammered out what we were looking for in the design and the site's capabilities. Over the fall of 2010 and the winter of 2011 Eric and I worked closely to develop his new site to meet his needs. He needed a website that

1. had Search Engine Optimization done specially for a REALTOR in and around the Fredericton area
2. was easy to update at any time from any computer or even mobile phone
3. didn't follow the same templated structure that so many other real estate sites in the area - basically, he wanted it to stand out from the rest
4. enabled easy sharing via social media sites like Twitter and Facebook

Last week Eric and I launched his new website and the search engine optimization has really paid off. Before the relaunch the website was not registering in the first 10 pages for the desired search results and now we're seeing it climb the search results and overtake those that used to rank ahead of him.
